Return policy

What is your return policy?

  • Only items that have been purchased from this website can be returned according to the following policy.
  • Every garment is satisfaction guaranteed or you may return it for a return of the item price, excluding shipping and handling.
  • Must be returned within 14 days of package delivery for refunds
  • Must be returned within 30 days of package delivery for exchanges. 
  • We have a 14-day return policy for refunds, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

     – To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll        also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Wrong Product Shipped – We must be contacted within 14 days of package delivery:

Merchandise may only be returned if we have made a mistake of sending you the wrong order/item or if you received a damaged item. On those returns, original shipping cost will not be reimbursed, however there will be no charge for shipment of the item(s) re-sent.

If the mistake is ours we do everything needed to make sure you receive the correct product in a timely fashion. We do need to receive the original order back before replacement can be made. If we are not contacted within 14 days of package delivery, you will be charged for the return shipping cost.

If we are contacted within 14 days of package delivery, there will be no charge for the return shipping cost.

All other returns

  • All exchanged returns to Cori Anthony Clothing Co. must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
  • Customers will be responsible for all returning shipping cost unless the garment(s) received was the wrong order/item or a damaged item.
  • Any returns received after 30 days of invoice will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • All returns must be in saleable condition, (unworn) and must include its original plastic packaging with tags attached to the garment.
  • Clearance and sale merchandise are FINAL sales. NO RETURNS.
  • A $25.00 cancellation fee will apply on orders that have been submitted for payment and cancelled. This is to cover the fees we experience from the credit card companies when originally taking a payment and other expenses incurred to start your order process.
  • Returns take approximately 2-4 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience.
  • All return, exchange and or refunds are at the final discretion of Cori Anthony Clothing Co.
  • Please direct any questions regarding the return of merchandise or to receive authorization on returns to returns@corianthony.com.

Return Authorization

1. Any package that is not pre-approved for return will be refused All orders must me authorized for return before they are sent through mail. Please do not send your order for return without authorization. If your order is sent to us through mail without proper authorization, we reserve the right to keep your order and your order will not be sent back under any circumstances.

2. To get authorization on a return, please contact us via e-mail, have your order number available which is located on the invoice sent with your item(s) and you will be sent back an authorization for your return.

All requests must be in writing and in accordance to the information below:

Name and Address where items were shipped
Name and Address of person paying for the order (if different)
Date ordered
Date received
Product you would like to return and quantity
Reason for return
Confirmation that packaging and tags are in tact and no packs have been opened, tampered with, used or damaged.
Problem with shipment – please be specific (If applicable)
A copy of or original invoice must accompany the sold merchandise.
All returns must be sent to the address specified when your authorization number is assigned.

3. The authorization number must be written on the outside of your box next to the shipping label and packed back in our original packaging – unless the box was damaged.

Shipping

We do not issue credits or refunds on shipping and handling charges and return shipping is at customers expense, unless we have made a mistake of sending you the wrong order/item or if you received a damaged item. If you are returning an item that was free shipping upon ordering you will be charged the exact rate that we paid to have it shipped to you plus a $5.00 handling fee. – No Exceptions

It is also your responsibility that the item is returned in the same condition sent to you. Any damages done in return shipping are your responsibility and no refunds will be given. All shipping charges are your responsibility and we suggest insurance and tracking numbers. Upon safe return and inspection of your product, an exchange or refund will be issued as soon as possible dependant upon your original form of payment. Items must be returned unopened in their original packaging with original tags in tact. If upon receipt we find that tags were removed, original package was tampered with or opened we will not refund nor send back to you unless return shipping charges are prepaid by you. Absolutely no refund or exchange will be given for opened or damaged products – No Exceptions.
